For our ReGenerative Cellular Therapy, we use non-surgical techniques and tissues are collected voluntarily during C-sections causing no harm to the fetus.

Our medical spa includes many treatments developed by Dr. Charles Runels such as the: Vampire FaceLift®, Vampire Breast Lift®, O-Shot®, and Priapus Shot®. Our physicians have trained directly with Dr. Runels to ensure the procedures are done accurately and with the patient’s safety in mind.

Amy is co-owner and co-founder of ReGen Clinics since 2016. She has a BS in biology, chemistry and mathematics from Southern Arkansas University and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Amy co-founded ReGen Clinics with David Harshfield, MD, whom is one of the foremost experts on regenerative medicine. Amy has over fourteen years of experience in OB/Gyn, Emergency, Family Practice, Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Aesthetics, and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Roddy is co-owner of ReGen Clinics since 2019 following the retirement of David Harshfield, MD. She has a BS in psychology from Texas A&M University and MD from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Her residency training in psychiatry was obtained at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Her child and adolescent fellowship training was obtained also at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Dr. Strobel has been practicing in West Texas for 24 years. Prior to that she was on the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine. Currently Dr. Strobel conducts psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses and treats a variety of mental health issues along with medication stabilization for patients at ReGen Clinics.

Medical Director
Dr. Victor Gil grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Gil did his residency at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania in Radiology. He went on to do his Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology also at the University of Pennsylvania, one of the top programs for this specialty. He currently serves as the Chief of Medicine at Odessa Regional Medical Center and serves on their Medical Executive Committee Board.

Megan is in our Austin, TX office. She has a BS in biology from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech Health Science Center. Megan has over 9 years of experience in Surgical, Orthopedics, Family Practice, and Aesthetics.
